International Women’s Day

Dear girls,

I’m not very good at writing about this sort of theme, I always feel like I could have said so much more, but I couldn’t let the day go by without writing something to celebrate women. If you’re a man, please don’t take any offense. Celebrating women doesn’t mean that we think we are superior or more important, at least I don’t. It just means that there is something special about a woman that needs to be celebrated and cherished.

If you’re a woman and you’re reading this, I want you to know that your beautiful, important and strong. Your opinions matter, your choices matter, you’re smart enough to do whatever you want with your life. You are also strong. So, so strong. You can take everything. You can take on the world if you want to. And you’re so absolutely beautiful and special. I don’t care about…
